Mobile espresso & tea bar · Corinth, TX
Specialty coffee service for private events across DFW — a real espresso bar, house-crafted syrups, and a barista who makes your guests feel looked after.
What we do
We bring the bar, the beans, and the barista. You tell us the vibe, the guest count, and where to park the cart.

Client appreciation days, all-hands mornings, open houses, conference breaks and team milestones. We work quietly around your schedule, keep the line moving, and invoice the way your finance team prefers.
02
A late-night espresso bar for the reception, or a warm welcome for a morning ceremony. We coordinate with your planner and match the cart styling to your palette.
03
Small, personal, and photogenic. Custom drink names, non-caffeinated options and tea service for guests who'd rather skip the coffee.
04
Teacher appreciation weeks, staff PD days, parent breakfasts and campus fundraisers — served fast enough to fit a passing period.
05
Backyard gatherings, milestone birthdays, graduations and holiday parties. Cold brew and iced lattes in summer; cortados and chai when it turns.
06
Catch us at area farmers markets, or bring us in as a vendor for your retail opening, community event or brand activation.
The experience
A commercial multi-group machine and calibrated grinders — not a home setup on a folding table. Every shot is dialled in on site before your first guest arrives.
Small-batch vanilla, brown sugar and seasonal syrups made by hand, paired with freshly roasted specialty beans and loose-leaf teas. No pumps of neon sweetener.
We arrive with our own water, waste containment and power planning, so we can serve in a ballroom, a warehouse, a school gym or the middle of a lawn.
Add your monogram, logo or event date to the cups, and we'll hand-letter a menu board with drink names chosen for the occasion.
Packages
Every event is quoted individually — these tiers are a starting point for the conversation, not a fixed menu.

Request a QuotePricing varies with guest count, service length, travel distance and menu — so we quote each event rather than posting a flat price. Custom quotes are always welcome: if none of these tiers fits, tell us what you're planning and we'll build something that does.
How it works
Send your date, location and rough guest count. We reply with availability and a clear estimate — usually within a day.
We finalise the drink menu, service window, power and placement, then hold your date with a signed agreement and deposit.
We load in early, set the cart, dial in the espresso and stage everything before guests arrive. Load-out is just as tidy.
Drinks made to order, one conversation at a time — with a pace that keeps the line short and the room relaxed.

Kind words
“Everyone kept asking where the coffee came from. The line never backed up, and the cart looked beautiful in our photos.”
Megan · Wedding, October
“Our team talked about it for a week. Setup was early, quiet, and completely out of our way.”
David · Office manager, corporate event
“Professional and genuinely warm. The tea and non-dairy options meant nobody at the shower felt left out.”
Priya · Host, baby shower
FAQ
Plan on roughly a 10 × 10 ft footprint on a flat surface. We ask for one dedicated standard 20-amp circuit within about 50 feet of the cart — generator power can be arranged for remote sites. We bring our own water and haul out our own waste, so no plumbing is required.
We're based in Corinth and serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Denton, Frisco, Plano, Lewisville, Fort Worth and Dallas proper. Local travel is typically included; events beyond the metroplex carry a mileage-based travel fee that we quote up front.
Four to eight weeks is comfortable, and popular weekend dates in spring and fall go earlier than that. If your event is next week, still ask — we sometimes have room.
Both. Indoors we need a doorway wide enough for the cart and a clear path for load-in. Outdoors we ask for shade or a tent in summer heat, and a level, dry surface for the cart.
A single barista comfortably serves roughly 50–70 handcrafted drinks an hour, depending on the menu. For larger crowds we add a second barista or stage service in windows so nobody waits long.
A deposit reserves your date and is applied to the final balance, with the remainder due close to the event. Cancellation terms and any weather contingency are written into your agreement before you sign — nothing is buried.
Yes. We can add a logo, monogram or event date to the cups and hand-letter a menu board with custom drink names. Branded cups need a little more lead time, so mention it in your quote request.
Always. Decaf espresso, loose-leaf hot teas, chai and matcha are available on every package, along with oat, almond and whole milk. Tell us about allergies and we'll plan around them.
